She is survived by: her sons, Steven E. Stewart of Carrboro and Timothy D. Stewart (Bonnie W. Stewart) of Matthews; her grandson Joseph W. Stewart; her siblings, Ann Underwood (Harry) and Dace Ward; her sisters-in-law, Irene Ward, Jean Ward and Barbara Ward; and her friend Jack Warren.
