She was predeceased by: her spouse Carroll V. Scruggs; her parents, Raymond Mayhew and Emma Mayhew; and her brother Vernon C. Mayhew. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Scruggs (Terry), Jim Scruggs (Beth) and John Scruggs; her grandchildren, Kelly Klick (Brandon), Kristin Ford (Patrick), Erin Strickland (Zack), Hannah Pruett (Paul) and Sarah Scruggs; and her great grandchildren, Caden, Caroline, Carter, Charlotte Klick, Eli, Ruby, Sammy and Henry Ford.
