He is survived by: his parents, Joanna Binkley Dorthy and Nathan Dorthy; his brothers, Andrew Binkley and Reese Dorthy; his grandparents, Steven "Poppy" Binkley and Alice "Nanny" Binkley; his aunts, Elizabeth Colyer and Rebecca Greene; his uncle Charles Colyer; and his cousins, Rachel Colyer and Lillian Colyer.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Powerline Church of the Nazarene (701 Manning Ave, Elon, NC 27244). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
