It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Martin of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Martin to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Anna M. Stefursky Martin; his sister Joan Mackrell; and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Hart and Al Mackrell.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Salitsky Martin; his children, George (Nancy) of Helmeta, N. J., Elizabeth Gore of Burlington, N. C. and Eric (Francesca) of Queens, NY.; his grandchildren, William Gore, Anastasia Wilde, Amanda Gagliano, Joseph Martin and Nicholas Martin; and his siblings, Marion (Vito Cerullo), Andrea Hart, John (Marie Martin) and Joseph (Marion Martin). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
