She is survived by: her parents, Verta Wells Van Hook and George Lee Van Hook; and her children, Larry Leon Lynch, David Nelson Van Hook Sr. and Charlene Marie Ojutomori. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
