She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kelly Allred and Nettie Allen Oliver; her husband John K. Lamar; her former husband Charles M. Allen, Sr.; her son-in-law Bill Murdock; and her siblings, Nella Whittemore, Billie DeFord, Linda Weed and Johnny Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Murdock and Charles M. Allen, Jr. (Grace); her grandchildren, Melanie Murdock (David Penny), Jonathan Murdock (Angel), Tonya Keimig (Mark) and Chris Allen (Suzanne); and her great grandchildren, Heather Spence (Matt Bagley), Maddie Murdock, Anna Murdock, Hannah Keimig, Lauren Keimig, Stephen Keimig, Harper Keimig and River Allen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
