She is survived by: her children, Elaine Smith Bowman (Danny) of Liberty, Darlene Smith Hudson (Bill) of Liberty and David Smith of Carolina Beach; her grandchildren, Bill Hudson, Jr., Deanna Hudson Gosnell (Patrick), John Smith (Kristen), Daniel Bowman, Regenia Bowman Grant (Michael), Serena Bowman, Shawn Starling (Helen) and Jessie Newell; her great grandchild Baby Grant; her siblings-in-law, Mary Arrington and Frank Fox; and also, Bud, Edwards, Jr. and Denea of Carolina Beach.
