She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Duckworth; her children, Vickie Duckworth, Kathie Patterson (Mic Brooks) of Burlington, Gurnie Duckworth (Kathy) of Burlington, Rickie Duckworth (Wanda) of Burlington and Randy Duckworth of Burlington; her close friends, Will McManus of Burlington and Lorie Lineberry of Burlington; and her grandchildren, Brandi Duckworth, Lauren Russell, Ryan Duckworth, Cole and Chase Patterson. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
