Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jack Warren of Burlington, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 92, on January 12, 2021. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Allen Warren and Valley Jeffrey Smith; his wife Mary Janet Thomas Warren; his children, Barbara Anne Warren and Dr. Jack Craig Warren; and his brothers, Manley Warren and Elmer Warren.

He is survived by : his children, Dr. Terry Warren (Debbie) and Dr. Beth Warren Freeman (David Freeman); his grandchildren, Jason Craig Warren, Ashley Nicole Charbonnier (Angelo) and Seth Michael Warren; his great grandchildren, Claire Childress, Ryder Warren, LillyAna Warren, Nika Warren and Diana Charbonnier; his daughter-in-law Rosemary Warren; and his sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Barker (Dean Barker) and Peggy Carey (Lonnie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 16th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A burial was held on Saturday, January 16th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the Alamance Memorial Park (4039 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Staley Memorial Baptist Church, 1446 N. Graham Hopedale Rd., Burlington, NC 27217.
