He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Allen Warren and Valley Jeffrey Smith; his wife Mary Janet Thomas Warren; his children, Barbara Anne Warren and Dr. Jack Craig Warren; and his brothers, Manley Warren and Elmer Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Terry Warren (Debbie) and Dr. Beth Warren Freeman (David Freeman); his grandchildren, Jason Craig Warren, Ashley Nicole Charbonnier (Angelo) and Seth Michael Warren; his great grandchildren, Claire Childress, Ryder Warren, LillyAna Warren, Nika Warren and Diana Charbonnier; his daughter-in-law Rosemary Warren; and his sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Barker (Dean Barker) and Peggy Carey (Lonnie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
