He is survived by: his parents, Ben William Harvey and Annie Bell Evans Harvey; his spouse Jean Carol Shaw Harvey; his daughter Terrance Graves; and his siblings, Patricia Harvey Richmond, Darlene M. Harvey, Ronny Harvey (Tina), John Harvey (Sharon) and Jackie Harvey. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
