He was predeceased by : his parents, George T. Frye and Faye Steele Frye; and his nephew Shannon Reese. He is survived by : his wife Monica Barfield Frye; his sons, Ryan Thomas Frye, Colyn Thomas Frye and Michael Stinson; his sister Lynn Frye Whited (Keith); his nieces, Hannah Whited and Sarah Drier; his nephew Daniel Whited; his parents-in-law, Barbara and Larry Barfield; and his siblings-in-law, Rachelle Barfield (Mike) and Larry Barfield, Jr..
