He was predeceased by: his son Mickey Moore; and his sisters, Glenda Linda Faye Poteat, Myrtle Louise Foust and Brenda Leath. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Slade Poteat; and his children, Marcus Leon Moore, Antionette Eva Slade Poteat and Tessie Mae Irene Paul. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
