She is survived by: her mother Helen Louise Garrett-Brown of Graham, NC; her children, Tina D. Garrett-Fuller (Don) of Greensboro, NC, Torrie D. Rudd of Greensboro, NC and Dennis L. Jones of Zebulon, NC; her stepson Marti Vanhook of Burlington, NC; her siblings, Marilyn L. Speed (Ivan) of Burlington, NC, Kenneth F. Gary, Richard M. Gary and Benjamin Thorp Jr.; her grandchildren, Marissa, Kendra, Valenica, Keondra, Dontrae, Jazline, KeAndre and KaTorie; her great grandchildren, Keory, Jayden, Kinory, Kynnidi and Jayceon; and her aunts, Diane King, Mildred McDade-Lamar and Elizabeth Springfield. She is also survived by other relatives and many family friends.
