It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Frances Corbett (Burlington, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on January 29, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Corbett and Eula Mae Hatfield Lee; her siblings, Hazel Lee Harrelson, Larry Corbett, Marvin Lee and David Corbett; her aunts and uncles, Kenneth Hatfield, John W. Hatfield, James Hatfield, Charlie Lewis Hatfield, Delmar Hatfield, Donnell Hatfield, Bobby Corbett (Judy), Patricia Miles (Tom), Mae Edna Conally (Leroy), Alease Hayes and Carolyn Hatfield; and her grandparents, Vennie, Lewis Hatfield, Sam Corbett and Hattie Bell Sellars Corbett.
She is survived by: her sisters, Larie "Laura" Corbett of Burlington and Doma Michelle Alston (Rezell) of Burlington; her brother-in-law Jimmie Lynn Harrelson of Burlington; her godchildren, Trebia Enoch and Corneilus Gray of Burlington; and her aunts and uncles, Estell Gant (Orbert) of Burlington, Brenda Wiley Hatfield (Kenneth) of Burlington, Gloria Hatfield Alston (Tederral) of Charlotte, Betty Corbett Brown, Rebecca McCaden, Mae Louise Elliot, Jeffrey Hatfield (Sharon) of Greensboro, Rev. Floyd Corbett (Lucy), Theodise Corbett and Danny Corbett (Sebrina). She is also survived by ten nieces; six nephews; twelve great-nieces; seven great-nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
