She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Gauthier and Grace Gauthier; her husband Jim Elmer Williams; and her sisters, Gail and Linda.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jennifer Williams and Jody Harris (Craig); her brother Harvey Gauthier; and her grandchildren, Hunter Williams, Denzel Foster, Connor Harris and Jala.
Through out her life she dedicated herself to service, focusing on childhood development; she chaired the Child Care Center of Stamford, Connecticut and was the president of the George Washington Carver Foundation of Norwalk, Connecticut.
