She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Bell and Emma Payton Bell; her husband Ernest Benjamin Parks; and her sister Annie Ruth Parsons. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Garrett (Goley) of Graham and Randy Parks (Tammy) of Graham; her grandchildren, Blair Dove (Jason), Andrew Calvert (Sherita), Matt Parks (Kelly), Alec Parks (Sasha), Miranda Parks, Justin Buzzard (Lauren) and Jesse Buzzard (Nikole); and her sisters, Hazel Jones (Glenn) and Sue Pruitt.
