She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Calvin Curtis Alston and Annie Lou Enoch Alston; her son Kip Alston; her siblings, Toni Alston, Deric Alston (Jackie), Everett McCandies "Dimp" and Linda Thompson; her sister-in-law Gloria Alston; and her aunts, Doris Bozeman (Charles), Deatrice Jones (John) and Joyce Jeter (Jimmy). She was also cherished by several nieces & nephews, in-laws and devoted friends.
