She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Charles Goodman May, Sr. and Hazel Louise Tickle May; her children, Hope Lynette Kinley Rodney and Darrell Duane Kirkman; and her brother Rev. Charles Goodman May, Jr..
She is survived by: her granddaughter Angela Holt (Paul) of Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Hannah and Sarah; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Aborat Kirkman; her nephew Dale May (Crystal); her niece Drema Dawn Medaris (Moley); and her great-nephews, Taylor and Alex.
