She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Thomas DeBruler, Sr. and Bertha Tatum DeBruler; her former husband Paisley Nelson Thompson, Jr. (P. N.); and her siblings, Thelma DeBruler Stevens, Roy and A. T. DeBruler.
She is survived by: her husband P. N. Thompson Printing; her sons, Thomas Thompson (Barbara) of High Meadows, NC, Rev. Donald Thompson (Faye) of Sanford, NC and Dean Thompson (Janet) of Roswell, GA; and her brother Carl DeBruler of Burlington. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
