She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Harvey Fuller and Lottie Currie Fuller; her children, Williams Carter, Jerry Carter and Mary Carter Stevens; and her siblings, Frank Fuller, Archie Fuller, Robert Fuller, Willie Fuller, Harvey Fuller, Ann Norman and Hallie Ellison.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Thomas Carter; her children, Johnny Carter, Peggy Carter, Annie Carter, Bobby Carter (Edwinna) and Brenda Carter; and her siblings, Allen Fuller (Pauline), Josephine Foster (Robert), Millie Enoch, Bennie Corbett, Eleanor Ford and Clara Carter. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
