It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Clarence Oakley Jr. (Burlington, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brother Chad Michael Oakley; his grandparents, Walter "Bud", Ruby, D. C. and Ella Savannah Oakley; and his mother-in-law Judith Jordan McIntyre.
He is survived by : his mother Brenda Gail King Oakley; his wife Amy McIntyre Oakley; his son Jordan Michael Oakley; his sister Mandy Oakley Bundren (Mike); his brother-in-law Jason McIntyre (Dawn); his father-in-law Donald McIntyre (Carolyn Gilliam); his nieces and nephews, Jamie Wagner (Noah), Cassie Bundren (Drew), Shelby McIntyre, Lucas McIntyre, Joshua McIntyre and Skylyn; and his pets, Bella Jane and Gunner.
