We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2021, at the age of 54, Robin Payne of Burlington, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Wayne Barbee; and her brother Terry Wayne Barbee. She is survived by: her mother Nellie Williams Barbee of Burlington; her husband Barry Keith Payne; her daughters, Ashley Cardwell of Burlington and Laura Capps of Burlington; her grandsons, Blake Salvato and Wesley Capps; her sisters, Sherry Parvin (Harry) of Graham and Melody Montgomery (Rex) of Burlington; and her sister-in-law Tammy Ingle Barbee of Gibsonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
