She was predeceased by: her parent Boston Payne; her husband Alan D. Waterson; her son Barton Williams; and her siblings, Rachel Moss and Mitchell.
She is survived by: her parent Lena Bivens Payne; her son Joel Williams; her stepchildren, Pam Moore and David Waterson; and her nieces and nephews, Vickie Easter, Dawn Conklin, Jean Barber, Ralph Payne, Elaine Johnson, Tim Moss, Laurie Moss and April Tanner.
