She is survived by: her husband Hurley McAdams; her children, Cindy Blaylock of Burlington, Shelby Sims of Burlington, James McAdams of Mebane and Billy McAdams of Burlington; and her sister Judy Small of Graham. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
