She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Riggsbee and Eva Mae Parker Riggsbee; her husband George Robert Penny; and her brother Burke Riggsbee. She is survived by: her sons, Raymond W. Penny (Tracy) and Robert Christopher Penny (Teressa); her grandchildren, Robert Owen Penny, Jana Kay Penny, Alexander Penny (Merve), Travis Penny (Angie) and John-Ross Penny; her great grandchildren, Mason, Mila, Callie and Ryder; and her sisters, Janie Womble and Debbie Boger.
