She was predeceased by: her father Donnell Hatfield; her grandmothers, Lucy Mae Slade and Vinnie Hatfield; and her child Javion Anthony Wade. She is survived by: her mother Annette Lynn Wade Hatfield of Burlington; and her siblings, Michael Anthony Wade of Burlington, Walter Allison of Burlington and Clarissa Dale Paul of Burlington. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
