He is survived by: his wife Joyce Collins; his sons, Timothy Jack Collins, Jr. (Connie) of Burlington, Jimmy Collins (Linda) of Burlington, Keith Alen Collins (Sandy) of Snow Camp and Craig S. Collins of Greenville, NC; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Caleb, Cheyenne, Morgan, Tonya, Nick, Stacey, Tom and Landis; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Mallory, Gillian, Levi, Charley, Cameron, Madison and Parker; and his brother Charlton Collins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital, 2900 North Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
