He was predeceased by: his father Walter Preston Leath, Sr. (Angela Denise Carr). He is survived by: his mother Edna Brown Mark; his brother Daryl Leath (Fanchon); his nieces, Ebony Leath and Natalie Leath; and his stepsister Angela Phillips Lewis. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
