He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Benton Talley and Lottie Holt Talley; and his brother Thomas B. Talley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Hermine Eichler Talley; his sons, Michael (Dawn), Philipp, Thomas (Wendy) and Erich (Delise); his grandchildren, Philipp, Jr. (Jacqueline), Dana Normoyle (Glenn), Emilie (Devin Gleis), Preston Abi-Nader, Alex (Tierra Davis) and Brice; his great grandchildren, Philipp III and Talley Normoyle; and his siblings, William A. Talley (Olga), Robert H. Talley (Carol) and F. Carol Woodruff (Ken).
