He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lloyd Wood (Pattie Blanchard Wood) and Billie Sawyer Wood. He is survived by: his daughter Tammie Campbell (Zac Ward); his friend Alison Harris (Chris); and also, Jordan Harris and Madison Harris.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Twiford Funeral Homes (405 E Church St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Julian's steadfast character and contributions to his community and country will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
