He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Weldon and Mary Margaret Hall; and his siblings, Betty, Mae, Ruby, Weldon, John and Albert.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Whitaker Hall; his children, Bobby Ray Hall of Carthage, Steven Hall (Pam) of Sanford, Kenneth Hall (Michelle) of Cameron and Angie Hall of Cameron; his brother Lester Hall of Sanford; and his grandchildren, Bobby, John, Thomas, Tyler, Cody, Mickey, Travis, Katie and Lindsey. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
