He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Collins and Elizabeth; and his brother Ronald Collins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McAlpin Collins; his children, Lisa Shepherd-Wilson, Charles H. Collins Jr. and Curtis Collins; his grandchildren, Collin, Victoria, Morgan Shepherd, Columbia MD and Chase Collins; and his brother Arnel Collins.
