She was predeceased by: her parents, Berna Barton and Lewis Barton; her grandmother Ada Locklear; her siblings, Ruth Watkins, Renee Barton Tidwell, Erine Barton, Gary Barton, Bruce Barton and Roger Barton; and her son Raymond Dennis Brayboy.
She is survived by: her husband John Raymond Brayboy; her children, Ken Brayboy, Len Brayboy (Elizabeth), Cecilia Brayboy Fountain (Dexter), Joel Brayboy, Cameron Brayboy, Kailey Locklear, Shylah Brayboy, Aiden Hunt and Bradley Brayboy; and her siblings, Gloria Gates (Jimmy) of Graham, NC and Ric Barton (Miranda) of Ocean Isle, NC. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
