He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jane Willard Smith; his children, Delois McGehee (John Ed), Jackie Smith (Sherrie), Alice (Johnny Thomas), Rhonda Lynn Willard Harris and Wesley Hyatt; his daughter-in-law Cathy Smith; and his grandchildren, Steven (Louie), Mark (Cathy), Nick (Elizabeth), Gene (Robin), Kevin, Kelly (Tim), Johnathan (Leona), Crystal (Jen), Jessica, Jackie, Jr., Angie (Jared), Melissa (Lee), Shane (Abby), Jason (Nicole), Ashley, Mindy, Kaylee and Brittany. He is also survived by forty two great grandchildren and two great – great – grandchildren.
