He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Burr; and his brother Anthony Webster. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Brown Garrett; his children, Amanda Burr Wilkinson (Wayne) of Cameron and Goins (Ryan) of Cameron; his sister Sheila Smith of Virginia; his grandchildren, Caleb and Conner; and his nieces, Patricia Goins, Terri Dorsey, Jennifer Wicker and Heather Webster.
