He was predeceased by: his parents, Britton Taylor and Jennie Belle Patterson Taylor; his wife Betty Blankenship Taylor; his son Jeffrey Taylor; and his brothers, Charles, Alex, Nello and Jack Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Taylor of Cameron and Jennifer Campbell of Cameron; and his sisters, Mildred Matthews (John Ed) of Sanford, Nell Hinzman (Jack) of Cameron and Peggy Howard (Larry) of Sanford. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
