She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy McNeill and Mary Gertrude McLeod McNeill; her husband Ernest Futrell; her son Billy Dan Collins; her siblings, James McNeill, Raymond McNeill, Helen Smith and Betty Whitley; and her grandson Anthony Petree.
She is survived by: her children, Les Collins (Kathy) of Sanford, Libby Ann Petree of Cameron and Delores Holder (Lebert) of Lillington; and her sisters, Doris McLean of Thomasville, Margaret Raby of Wilmington and Delma Bartlett of Nevada. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
