He was predeceased by: his grandchild Brandon McNeill; and his brothers, Allen McNeill, Eugene McNeill and Grayson McNeill. He is survived by: his wife Charline Cox McNeill; his children, Lee McNeill of Fuquay and Dee McNeill Sloan (Tim) of Carthage; his siblings, Melvin McNeill (Marcia) of Bakersville and Anna Ozell Sharp (Joe) of Lemon Springs; his grandchildren, Stacy, Paula, Junior Donathan, Karen McNeill, Justin, Hannah, Trip Sloan and Chris Sloan; and his great grandchildren, Christian Jones, Breanna Jones, Daulten Donathan, Nevie Ann Donathan, Nollie Rose Donathan, Cameron Sloan, Keenan Sloan, Charlotte Sloan, Cameron McNeill, Reagan Sloan and Ethan Sloan.
