He is survived by: his wife Deana Hart Owens; his sons, Thomas Hart Owens (Janet Jaramillo) of Fayetteville and David Michael Owens (Robert) of Colorado; his grandson Liam Oliver Owens of Fayetteville; his siblings, Roger Dale Owens of Florida, Terry Hutto of Tennessee, Deborah Owens of Tennessee, Dianna (John Roa) of Florida, Rebecca (Charlie Clemons) of Florida and Mindy Owens of Florida; his uncle Rick Denmark (June) of Lillington; and his siblings-in-law, Robert (Jan Hart) of Fayetteville, Derrith Hart of Fayetteville, Mark Hart of Fayetteville, Johnny (Lisa Hart) of Fayetteville, Danny Hart of Fayetteville and Debbie (Steve Stegich) of South Carolina. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and his "adopted" grandchildren.
