He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Noel and Catherine Abraham Noel; and his siblings, Marcia Hercules, Sandra Noel Mitchell and Richard Noel.
He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Noel; his children, Samera, Xavier J. and Brianna Noel; his siblings, Rawle (Stephanie), Reginald, Raymond, Ralph (Barbara) and Stephanie; his siblings-in-law, Kris Mitchell and Judy Noel; and his grandchildren, Akayla, Sermyia and Simeon.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, services for Xavier will be held at a later date.
