He was predeceased by: his parent Carroll Aldin; his wife Ruby Mae West Christopher; and his sister Pamela Raines. He is survived by: his parent Georgia Pauline Warren Christopher; his daughters, Eleanor Simons (James) of New Bern and Ruby Stocks (Ronnie) of Waynesville; and his siblings, Barbara Bradford of Candler, Ray Christopher of Mars Hill and Ronald Christopher of Candler. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
