It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Mullins (Candler, North Carolina), who passed away on April 18, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin Mullins and Martha Sowards Mullins; and his siblings, Bernice Lucas, Donald Wright and Terry Mullins.

He is survived by: his wife Arlene Bushnell Mullins; his children, Penny Hoglen (Rex), Doug Mullins (Trish), Terry Mullins (Melissa) and Theresa Bailey (Stacey); and his sister Sally Muse (Miles). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
