With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Lloyd Briggs (Candler, North Carolina), who passed away on February 19, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Logan and Arnetta Byrd Briggs; and his siblings, Gay, J. L., Ray Briggs, Edith Moffitt, Nell Belcher, Mary Ann Johnson and Ida Lee McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Warren Briggs; his sons, Harold (Becky) of Mills River, Phillip (Michelle) of Waynesville and Steve (Darlene) of Arden; his grandchildren, Tyson, Trinity, Lindsey, Maggie, Zachary, Jack Briggs, Tabitha Pisani (Matt) and Sarah Amoth (Chase); and his great grandchildren, Caden, Emmeline, Alexis, Jamison and Coen. He is also survived by his sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
