He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Alley and Adrienne Alley; and his siblings, Audrey Hewes, Henrietta Demers and Roger Alley.
He is survived by: his children, Billie-Jeanne Atwood (John) of Bucksport, ME, Eileen Alley of Bucksport and Louis A. Alley, Jr. (Rebekah) of Sylva, NC.; his brother Frank "Tom" Alley (Gloria) of Fairfield, ME; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Evan, Aaron, Alyssa and Ellis Alley.
