It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Wilson of Canton, North Carolina, who passed away on August 18, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
That morning, despite her physical weakness, the lingering fog of the anesthesia from the day before, and the ravages of Alzheimer's, which had accelerated over the last few months due to the isolation required by the coronavirus, mom fought through it all, determined to ensure that we knew — that she knew — we were there.
