It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Edwards (Canton, North Carolina), born in Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Bruce Edwards; his grandson Clint Burress; his brother Ed Metcalf; and his sister-in-law Lois Metcalf. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann McKinney Edwards of Canton; and his children, Brenda Edwards Gaddis (Joe) of Canton, Boyd Edwards (Susan) of Canton, Beth Edwards Cragg (Jerry) of Canton and Brad Edwards (Sherry) of Leicester. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and, great-great-grandchildren.
