He was predeceased by: his son Joyce Allen Medford; and his former wife Barbara Medford. He is survived by: his son Randy Medford of Canton; his grandsons, Craig Medford of Canton and Brian Medford of Seattle, Washington; and his daughter-in-law Jacque Denton of Astoria.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Medford's memory to Longs United Methodist Church, 1097 Coffee Branch Road, Canton, NC 28716.
