He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Vaughn and Faye Mull Owen; his brother Ronnie Owen; and his great grandchild Carson Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Murphy Owen; his children, Carolyn Russell (James) of Sevierville, Christie Paxton (Randy) of Canton, Terry Owen (Donna) of San Antonio and Todd Harkins (Julie) of Conover; his grandchildren, Katie Paxton, Taylor Lacy, Dustin Russell, Bailey Owen, Barrett Harkins, Logan Harkins, Destiny Russell and Braden Owen; and his great grandchildren, Mason Lacy, Milah Russell and Bryson Lacy.
The wearing of masks and social distancing will be observed.
