It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curmitt Lee Cagle (Canton, North Carolina), who passed away on July 22, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Cagle; and his siblings, Lafayette, Dewitt, Abe, Gentry "Shorty", Rick and Joan.
He is survived by: his parent Lura Lunsford Cagle; his children, Karen Grooman (Tim) of Asheville and Kevin Cagle of Canton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Webster (David), Caitlin Grooman, Tyler Grooman (Olga), Mitchell Cagle and Ashley Cagle; his great grandchildren, Bella Kent, Carter Kent and Izaac Cagle; and his sister Belva Cothran of Louisiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
