She was predeceased by: her parents, John Grayson Stepp of Hendersonville and Bertie Elizabeth King Stepp of Hendersonville; her husband Ross Douglass; her sisters, Ruby Ritchey and Eloise Tabor; and her daughters, Beth Pace and Ginny Stanley.

She is survived by: her siblings, Rosalee Corne, Mary Fisher and Bud Stepp; and her children, Ann Stewart and Charles Douglass. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
